Bleecker Seaman

Bleecker oversees project investment decisions for Tributary, and leads the firms fundraising efforts.

Prior to founding Tributary Development, Bleecker served as President for Fading West Capital Partners, where he oversaw development and financing activities for development projects in mountain communities across Colorado.

Bleecker began his career as a real estate lender, and has 30+ years of real estate investment strategy and portfolio management. Prior to joining Fading West, Bleecker served as Co-CEO for Broadshore Capital Partners, where he shared oversight of the firm's investment management business.

Scott Simmons

Scott oversees land acquisition, site planning, and the entitlement and development processes. He has substantial experience managing project partner teams (architecture and design, civil and survey, site construction, etc.) ensuring that each development becomes successful community under a thoughtful and unified vision.

Prior to founding Tributary Development, Scott served as VP of Development for Fading West, where he led development services for projects in mountain communities across Colorado.

Scott began his career as a licensed landscape architect, where he led design, planning, implementation and management of projects nationwide.

Co-Founder and Financing Lead

Jack Jones

Jack oversees project financing and pro-forma development, ensuring that projects can be successfully capitalized and executed. He has experience modeling projects with unique and complicated capital structures, with the end goal of delivering both attractive financial returns and strong communities.

Prior to founding Tributary Development, Jack served as the Director of Strategic Finance for Fading West, where he oversaw project financing for developments in mountain communities across Colorado.

Jack began his career in investment banking, and worked in a variety of corporate finance roles for private equity backed businesses before turning his focus to real estate finance.
